Privacy Policy

At FXware.com ("FXware"), we care about your privacy. When you use our web-based or mobile services ("services"), we collect information on the efficiency and working of such services. This information includes the number of times a web page or screen is accessed, the browser used, IP address, and paths taken when moving through the web site or application.

We also collect or derive your location and preferences. This information is aggregated with information collected from all visitors to our online platforms or processed in a manner where it is not personally identifiable. This information might be provided to third parties and the public. When we derive your location information, we base that on your IP address which only provides an estimate for your approximate location at the city level. Your actual location, as measured more accurately by GPS enabled devices, can only be collected after you are prompted to approve it. If you are prompted for your location or preference information, you will not be prompted again if your browser privacy preferences allow cookies.

FXware uses cookies (small files on your computer) to store whether you have entered your location and preferences or declined to do so. We access this information each time you use our services so that you are only prompted the first time. We may use personal information to provide the services you've requested, including services that display customized content and advertising.

We may also use personal information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve FXware technologies and services. We may also share information with third parties in limited circumstances, including when complying with legal process, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of our network and services. FXware processes personal information on our servers in the United States of America and in other countries. In some cases, we process personal information on a server outside your own country.

We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve advertisements on our websites. Google's use of its DART cookie enables it to serve customized and targeted advertisements to our users based on their visits to our sites and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting Google ad and content network privacy policy.

Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We expect most such changes will be minor; regardless, we will post any Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of Policy changes).
